Next Day Delivery
Our next day delivery service is very popular – as it means you get your goods within an extremely short timeframe! Priority dispatch is available on all items for a small additional fee, and you can, therefore, expect to receive goods from us on the next working day if ordered before our order cut-off time (Monday to Friday). We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned. If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please follow our returns instructions or contact our customer care team as soon as possible so they can advise you further. Except for faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 30 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.
In an unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to report this.
How do I return an item?
We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us so, if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to report an unopened item to us for Return within 30 days of receiving the order. To arrange a return please contact us via eBay and we will provide you with returns information. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will need to pack the item securely and include a completed copy of issued returns form. Please note we do not provide a prepaid label for returns unless the item is defective.
